If I cannot remember my Customer ID and Password, how do I get it?

If you are not in the system, then you will be required to fill out a New Customer Application form, and a new Customer ID and Password will be e-mailed to you.

Can I use my Customer ID and Password to check the status of my loan?
You cannot check your loan status using your ID and Password. Your lender can tell you of the status of your loan. Instructions will be available in the e-mail you received when you submitted your application. Because of legal regulations, your loan information cannot be given to us.

How to a get an extension or refinance a current loan?
After you apply for a loan, the contact information for your lender will be e-mailed to you. Therefore, you should just contact your lender. Your lender can answer questions that you have about any aspect of your loan. You need to contact your lender about any changes before your due date.

How do I alter or update my personal information?
You can log in on the home page under Return Customer, and your personal information will be on the form. You can just update any information that is incorrect.
